Customization and Dispatch Time
If you choose to have pico and tassels done on your saree, please note that this customization might add an additional 2-3 business days to the dispatch time.

International Delivery: Delivery times for international orders range from 15-30 days after dispatch. Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to extraordinary circumstances such as transport strikes, floods, etc.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive the courier tracking details via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Address Errors
If the product fails to reach its destination due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and we receive the parcel back, we will contact you via email and WhatsApp. You will be responsible for providing the correct address and covering any additional courier charges for reshipping.
